The quality of relationships at Hebron

In this session, we are further instructed on the quality of relationships we are commanded to build by the Lord Jesus. The conscious development of biblically patterned relationships is a core part of what we do at Hebron.

The highest quality and level of relationship in the kingdom of God

The highest quality and level of relationship in the kingdom of God is that characterized by the intimacy of being friends with the Lord Jesus Christ; “You are my friends …”  and “I have called you friends …” (John 15). This characterization of the quality of our relationship with the Lord brings us to a new level of spiritual engagement because, first and foremost, if we are friends with Him then we only seek to do His will, secondly, as He commands us to do,  we keep all His commandments and finally, we love one another just as He loved us by laying down his life for us.
